ABOUT
I have been a life-long baker, and after a career in fashion retail followed by a stint as a stay-at-home mom, I decided to formalize my love of baking and went to culinary school, specializing in Pastry and Baking Arts at the San Francisco Culinary School. I have worked in modern patisseries on the Northern Californa, small specialty shops in NJ and as a restaurant pastry chef in Montclair.I have also taught recreational baking classes to both adults and children.
I am now branching out on my own, offering custom baked goods.I love making custom decorated cookie platters, special occasion cakes and so much more.
